1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the RenewMobi service, including device buyback and the sale of refurbished devices.

2. Device buyback

The offered price is firm and guaranteed for 14 days, provided the device matches the declared condition. The seller certifies they are the rightful owner and that the device is neither stolen nor locked.

3. Payment

Payment is made within 48h of receipt and inspection, by the method chosen by the seller.

4. Shop and warranty

Refurbished devices come with a 24-month warranty. Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Liability

RenewMobi cannot be held liable for the loss of data not backed up by the user before shipping the device.
