Selling my device
How is the buyback price calculated?+
The price depends on the model, storage and the condition you declare. It is firm and locked for 14 days: if the device matches your description, you receive exactly the amount quoted.
What if I find a better price elsewhere?+
That's our best-price guarantee: show us a professional buyer's public offer before shipping, and we match it and beat it. Your price stays locked for 14 days so you can compare at your leisure.
Do you buy back new, still-sealed devices?+
Yes. Pick "new" in the quote: if it's still sealed, never opened, you get our new-device rate — the public retail price minus a small margin — well above a used device.
When and how am I paid?+
Within 48h of receipt and inspection. Your choice: SEPA transfer, PayPal, crypto, or store credit with a 10% bonus.
How long do I have to ship my device?+
Your price is locked for 14 days after the quote. Print the prepaid label and drop the parcel off whenever you like within that window.
What if the actual condition differs?+
After inspection (a 30+ point test), if the device doesn't match your description we send you a transparent revised offer. You're free to accept it or get your device back for free.
Can I sell a locked or broken device?+
A locked (iCloud/Google) or reported-stolen device cannot be bought back. A broken but unlocked device can, at its parts value.
Shipping, data & trust
Is shipping free and insured?+
Yes, both ways. You receive a prepaid label by email, and the parcel is insured against loss and damage throughout transit, at our expense. If we don't agree, the return is free too.
Is my personal data wiped?+
Yes. Every device is reset and its data certifiably erased on arrival. Please still turn off the lock (iCloud / Google) before shipping.
Which countries and languages do you cover?+
We buy back and deliver across Europe. The site is available in 7 languages: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Portuguese.
Buying refurbished
Are shop devices warrantied?+
Yes. Every refurbished device is tested on 30+ points, cleaned, data-wiped and comes with a 24-month warranty. You have 14 days to change your mind.
What do grades A, B and C mean?+
The grade describes cosmetics: A like new, B very good (micro-scratches), C good (visible marks). All are 100% functional and warrantied 24 months. Full details on our Grades page.
